Cell C's new way of being dishonest. And extreme low levels of service.

Cell C's new way of being dishonest and its called mi assist. Around 15 days ago I got a phone call from a agent from mi assist, explained me the benefits when someone subscribed to mi assist and I foolishly agreed upon, and the agent told me he gonna send me a link via sms, where I can activate or download mi assist app. Since then until now I haven't received any sms. I called cell C so many times in regards of this matter, they simply say mi assist is working independently, and they cannot help me but they can give me mi assist number. One of the lady gave me the the number and every time I called them is saying it doesn't exist. It's like a ghost or like United cellular. But still they billing me for the service they didn't provide me at the first place. So my question is 1) how Cell C allows some other individuals service provider (who actually Dnt give any service but taking the money in other word they robbing) allows to collaborate with them? 2) how come Cell C billing me but when I asked them to assist me in regard to mi assist they say only mi assist can help? Should I say Cell C is dishonest with me by knowing the mi assist poor service fact and their **** business. 3) it's my first experience with Cell C as a contract customer, how do I refer someone to Cell C after all this none scene?

If someone is not gonna help me then I have to knock consumer council 's door in order to stop being **** or ****** by this type of ghost service provider.
