Cell C’s misconduct

Cell c has been trying to take a DO off my account without my permission or signature or without me having any kind of contract or phone with them. I’ve been trying for 3 months to get them to sort this out and i’ve even been to the police station to get an affidavit stating their misconduct. Once again this month they tried to debit my account. This incident has been send to their forensics dept multiple times!! How can an institution use my bank details without my permission?

Hi Cell C One of your agents phoned me requesting me to send the documents that I've already sent 3 times again to her, I'm still waiting for her to send me her e-mail address that she said she will send me. After I told her that all the info she is requesting is attached to the incident numbers she still wants me to send everything again. Can someone that knows what is going on please contact me ASAP, not someone that just tries to buy time, someone that can sort this situation on the phone with me the first time they phone me!
