Cell C’s Lack of Service After Advising Me Incorrectly

Cell C customer service is the worst. I was given wrong information by a Cell C call centre agent after I called to update my banking details. Cell C has not taken a November 2020 for my account and they have taken the December 2020 payment. They have been trying to get the November payment from my old bank account. After calling them and speaking to 5 people, nobody could help me and they say I need to pay them. What type of organization is this? I am closing my account with this organization with immediate effect and moving to one of their competitors. I DO NOT recommend that anyone does business with Cell C. The employees there are flippant and dismissive. They hide behind process which they don’t know either. I don’t know how they have lasted this long.
