Cell C’s lack of accountability.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Cell C’s handling of my account. After making a final payment in February and requesting to terminate my contract, they continued to bill me the following month. Not only that, they deleted my number, reassured me they’d restore it and billed me again despite having no service. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this, Cell C repeatedly blames the previous provider, even though the number has been migrated to Cell C since 2018. The previous provider has provided proof, yet Cell C refuses to put in the effort to rectify their mistake. They avoid my messages and provide no solutions. This is not a company I would recommend—poor service, no accountability, and billing without providing any service.
