cell c's get more

I joined cell c's get more last month, they sent me an sms the following day telling me that if I wanna unsubscribe to the service I must sms stop to a certain number of which I did but only to find that didn't happen they deducted month end. I called and ask them and I was told that you cant unsubscribe by sending an sms I must call, them I said ok I would like to stop nw, again I was told that I will serve a 30 day notice..ok fine I said. the 30 days are over now when call them im told they will call me back to confirm the cancellation of the service of which I don't understand coz they still deducting and yet I cancelled last month and they still haven't called when I call they say they say they will call
