Cell C's employees are getting paid for nothing. I wonder if the CEO knows about it.
I layed a complaint on the 1st of January 2022 today is the 1st of February. And all I've been getting is that someone will call me back. No one is not interested in resolving my issue. I am paying R278 instead of R149. A discount was not loaded. Been paid R278 for 3 months and Cell C doesn't want to pay mu money back. I even canceled my contract because of their incompetence. I'm still waiting for their call till today. I think I must ask for the recordings Sue them and take them to court. Cell is *****ing my money.

01 Feb 2022, 21:52I called the call center today and they also told me the very same thing that Mpho called me. I never received any call coz I take my fone to wherever I am going coz I want my money back from Cell C. They must call on the very same number.
