Cell C's disgusting service
Disgusting Service. I paid off my acc on the 18th of December after calling the call centre and 2 consultants confirmed my acc was still with Cell C, after the payment I called again to make sure they received the R8435 all of a sudden they can't find my profile. I've opened two cases, I call almost everyday apparently someone is working on my case. Do not ever take a contract with Cell C!
