Cell C’s ***** department is useless !!!

In 2019 there was a *****ulent contract taken out on my name and there was money that was also taken out of my account. I called Cell C and asked them to please cancel the account because clearly it was a *****ulent account. They cancelled the account and because it was a *****ulent account , my name got listed on the SAFPS . We are now trying to buy a property and we can’t because my name flags on the SAFPS data base for the Cell C account . When I contacted the SAFPS they said that they are still waiting for Cell C to send them a letter stating that it was a *****ulent account and that the matter has being resolved.

We are now in 2024 and Cell C has still not sent that letter . I have called Cell C and they can’t help me . They transfer my call from one person to the next . Eventually one lady said that she logged my request with the ***** department and that some one will contact me within 48 hours . No one has contacted me as yet . I can’t understand how Cell C has not sent the letter from 2019 until now to the SAFPS.

Don’t you have people who are suppose to follow up and complete their work at the ***** department?

Can anyone advise me on who I can contact in order to get the letter from Cell C stating the contract that was opened was a *****ulent contract?
