Cell C's Back Office needs to be reprimanded

I logged a case with CellC *** for their 'back office ' to call me. They contact you once and if u don't answer they closed the case without resolving it I logged another case yesterday ***. They called a few minutes ago at 13:49 The phone did not ring long there They close this 1 as well without resolving it I even provided Cell C with another contact number when I logged the case but they didn't even bothered to call that nr Please speak to ur Back Office
