I will not be doing that as I was told today by Ofentse from social media whatever that you will not be letting us out of the contract and we will have to just deal with this **** situation till the contract ran it’s course. Not her exact words but the gist of it. The network department made that decision and clearly it’s not their problem that your own network is not properly working for me. So since it’s come to this I’m escalating this with the ombudsman since it cannot be that I complain for a whole year and the only response you people have is a big FU to me. Every day my matter is being escalated but the network remains bad….so I will not be speaking with two different departments only to be given the same results. You are unable to fix the problem it’s very clear,for months you have been incapable of doing it. So let’s see how I can escalate, I have learned from the best! But I’ll show you how it’s really done….your lies will catch up with you I’m not worried

For what? Not that I was given any reference number by the one person that contacts me,I never got a reference number neither did I request one as I didn’t know I need one. I don’t see the point either way as I said I will be escalating this as here on hello Peter you also failed to assist when I first complained so what difference will you make now? Just leave me alone and allow me to use avenues available to me now. If this were to be fixed it would have been long ago…you are failing dismally. 

Feed has been expected….for a whole year I’m still expecting feedback. Keep your feedback, neither you nor Ofentse can help with what I have actually requested at this point. And every single day I’m being told to wait for something that will never come. Your network is bad, you can’t fix it that’s clear…you refuse to let me out of the contract. Nothing I request has been offered so we clearly aren’t reaching any agreement. So maybe a 3rd party will help resolve this matter. I’m gathering everything I’m able to and are already in contact with powers that be. Sit there and lie about doing something when we both know nothing is not will be done by you! 

Because I live for you people…I must wait till thy kingdom come. By the way Ofentse did call my wife today and my wife instructed her to call me. Which she did but was looking a a Phaphama. So clearly that wasn’t my call. There is no point in telling me to wait…I won’t just so you know,I’m merely entertaining you at this point but wheels are in motion. The pacifier doesn’t work anymore neither do the lies…I’m ok with the response of Cell C saying they will not be letting us out of the contract. That was made clear to me…

I already know what the final feedback is,I already got it. On the actual matter I requested I was told clear as day I will not be let out of the contract. That is after all the only thing I’m asking for now,not to fix the network as that is abundantly clear it’s not happening so I gave up on that last year already. So since I will not be let out of the contract told so by Ofentse supposedly informed by the networks department and the CI something department that it’s not happening. I already have the final feedback….remember when I said I’m only entertaining you people at this point….yeah didn’t register clearly

Whether I receive the call or I don’t makes no difference to me.
