Explain to me,with which data must I follow the stupid instructions you sent to further pacify me that mind you,DO NOT WORK! But because the idea is to not help me I can understand the grasping of straws. I must buy data to be able to follow the instructions you pretending will be what will solve all my problems. Just opening roaming will be the problem solver,not that I haven’t done it before but let’s further pacify the idiot wanting to cancel our **** network for not working!

Also further taking steps,actually steps I already took of further reporting what you people are doing. My question remains,with which data am I supposed to go on the browser with to follow the instructions to open roaming? Because I can’t use the wifi I pay a 1 grand on…..will you be buying that data?

Not a solution…feedback because you don’t do solutions you choose to call me at the most inconvenient times to tell me to go on browser….and I ask again with which data must I switch my router to roaming? Also if that was the solution that fixed all my problems how come it hasn’t worked? Don’t annoy me….not that I care anyway the ombudsman has been notified already at this point….you already said you will not let me out of the contract you failed to honour.
