Cell contracts stay away - they rob you of your hard earned money

I have a contract with Cell C which I am having great difficulty in cancelling. The reason why i want nothing to do with them is that I have noticed how they are robbing me of data that I dont use. i decided for the last year to put my contract phone in my cupboard until the contract expires, only to notice that i am charged for calls made as well as data used even though the phone was not active. I used another phone with prepaid. Now its time to cancel and i am told i have to give two months notice. After the 3 call....as i have given notice three times...the first month was 2 months ago and it was too early the 2nd month Im told there was no request for cancellation. now I eventually got it cancelled, and the last day is the 10th of Dec. Low and behold. I have to pay for services for the whole of Dec because my payment date is the last day of each month. I enquired why I dont pay until Dec 10 and its just a no no. I get transferred all over the show. Over and above your service that sucks, you are the biggest ****** and rob us of our hard earned salaries. i will never ever have anything to do with cell C again and am going to Wendy Knowles at the consumer council too. Your staff are illiterate and dont bother to accommodate.
