Cell Contract Settlements

Good Morning,<br> <br> My name is Nazeera. I have to contracts with Cell C, 1) For an Iphone 5C and the other for a Samsung galaxy tablet 4 7 Inch. My debit runs from my STD bank cheque account every month with out fail on the 25th.<br> Total payment R619.84 PM. <br> <br> On the 09.01.2016 i went into the cell c store in balfour park, the sales assistant gave me a settlement amount to for my Iphone contract which is ending in April 2016 of R1250.44.<br> I went to PnP and made the payment and emailed proof of payment to cell c and made numerous telephone calls to them. I have spoken to so many cell c representatives, none of which had telephone ethic, their english and explanations were very poor. Every agent said many different reasons for the payment been spread across my two contracts. BOTTOM LINE, i wanted to settle my Iphone 5c contract that is the reason for my payment of R1250.44. <br> <br> On the 14.01.2016 i received an email saying that my R1250.44 has been allocated to my tablet account.<br> Can one of cell c's managers contact me provide proper information, i am so fed up with been transferred from one person to another. Service is terrible! POWER IN YOUR HANDS, that is a joke! Worse experience in my life!
