Cell contract fault
I have been trying to get something sorted out with Cell C for weeks now. They made an error on their part, yet i am the one sitting with trying to fix the problem! All I ever get to talk to is the person who picks up the phone. I have reported the matter, get a reference no, and that's as far as the matter goes. They collected my phone but the problem is not the phone. All I want is to speak to a person that can fox my problem!

20 May 2024, 14:42On the 11 March 2024, Saber Dawood, your salesperson, phoned me and told me I was due for an upgrade. In my phone *** I had 2 Sims, my no and a data Sim, ***. He did a quote for me and I agreed to the upgrade to my no and requested to leave the data Sim as it was (Pls go and listen to the recordings) The phone arrived and it struggled to settle? Only for another salesperson to phone me and tell me I was due for an upgrade? And this is when we picked up that the upgrade was done in error, on my data Sim. That was not what i agreed to. I wanted the upgrade on *** and the data sim to remain as it was! I then logged a complaint, was given a ref no...had no reply, logged another complaint, went to the branch, they told me to send an email requesting the voice recordings. I did this, no reply. Eventually the ram driver appears at my door to come collect me phone(I was unaware of this) ...only later that afternoon, did I received a msg to say ram will be collecting the phone. The problem is NOT the phone! But I sent the phone anyway, hoping that someone would contact me. My request is still not sorted and I have run out of patience. I have no data🤷♀️ yet I am paying for a device.

After you corrected my last complaint about upgrading an incorrect number, you have now upgraded 2 of my other numbers, without my permission. I have sent you a message re this.
