Cell Contract Cancellation Nightmare

Trouble cancelling a Cell C contract

We had a cell contract that was coming to an end in May 2020

We went into a Cell C store in Middelburg Mall in March 2020 to confirm the cancellation / non renewal of the contract which was expiring

Filled in the mountain of paperwork

We went back to the Cell C store in Vanderbuyl Park Mall in May 2020 to make sure the contract will not be renewed and filled in more paperwork

Since then we have been harrased non-stop by debt collectors demanding riduculously escalating sums of money

And have a negative credit rating because of this

And have incurred costs and expended great amounts of time and energy trying to have this resolved

CELL C holds its clients to ransom with impunity

It seems we're not the only one's to have experienced this

So what's next ?
