Cell contact cancelled but still getting charged.

Last year both our cell phone contracts expired. We first cancelled the one then the other a month later. We are still getting billed for the one. We don't even have the sim cards anymore and don't want to go on with this contracts. What a big pain is that you have to call and can't get this sorted out by their branches in town,
