Cell Closed Account

This is really getting into my nerves! I've been talking about my closed Cell C accounts for the past 4 months now and going to a 5th one. Cell C have been debiting my account for closed accounts, I escalated the matter with them 3 times, and they were busy promising that it wont happen again. Now, the debit orders are not going through of which it is a great achievement I must say, but today I've just received a phone call from cell c that I need to pay the same amounts for the same accounts I closed. Can this be attended urgently before I introduce my lawyers again..PLEASE!!!!
