I most business have a poor Customer Service but that I got from Cell C and Platinum Warranty is really bad such a big brand that you have contracts with,a trusted name with such a low ********* service. I'm still sitting with a ticket *** unresolved. Weeks are going by without my laptop fixed. They are sending me back to the people who are not prepared to help nor hear me out. I wish to cancel my contracts with this company. I'm contracted with Cell C The Bridge I'm so disappointed,come month end they will take money for a product that I don't have not using
