Yes I am. I have tried numerous times to call you guys. Suddenly your team keeps on saying I failed the security questions which is not true because I have been answering these questions for the past 2 months the same way. How am I failing my name, ID Number (same ID no you are asking before I proceed (which is the same) but as soon as I need you guys to check what's the status wrt why I am being debited for a contract that was suppose to end in March. Now I am being charged for a cancelation fee

I understand exactly what security verification is. As I have stated that nothing has changed since last month with my name, ID Number and bank that I get debited on. You have not made any attempts to call me back. I am the one that is trying to contact you with no assistance.

I am still waiting for cell c to call me back which they have not done so. I called them again still they are making me fail the security questions which I have been answering right the past two months trying to make them stop charging me for a contract that always supposed to end in 2026.
