Cell c,credit bureau with no investigation report

After paying cell c R10388,42 as per info I got from them they decided to take me to credit bureau they never investigated or have me a feedback about my calls with them they just decided to wreck my name that I won’t let it happen because they are not doing their job but victimizing the consumer really cell c is not a networker provider to do business with once you cancel your contract they wreck your name instead of keeping their customers I would never ever in my lifetime do business with cell c ,from R1699 cancellation now they are saying R3000 what exactly does cell c want
