i called in middle of this year to check how much i owe in order for me to close my account was advised by retetion i must pay 896 which i did nad send them proof of payment someone who is *********** from your side two months later went and debit my account firstly who gave you permission to paly on my bank account send in complaint after i reversed that debit oder and reason reversed the debit oder is because i paid i notice amount paid into my account by you and it was less than the amount you debit from my account now you have run another debit from my account please close my account dont want anything to do with you and if you try and debit my account again am gonna take legal action against you dont have right to do as you please on my bank account its not our its mine you can even allocate the number was using to someone else as broker your sim .
