Cell
I had a cellphone contract with cell c. The contract ended 2019, cell c says I owe them money which I know nothing of. When I call them one agent says I don't have an account with cell c. The next time I call the agent I speak to says I owe cell c, and I'm in arrears. Please I want a paid up letter.
