Cell C, Zoe De Jongh at the Waterfront is probably one of the most amazing staff memebrs you have.

We were trying to correct an error that one of the telephonic staff members made when he upgraded the account, and went to Cell C at the Waterfront in Cape Town as we found it extremely difficult to communicate the situation over the phone with with the relevant call centre division. Zoe was simply amazing and went out of her way, way beyond the call of duty, in an attempt to ameliorate the situation. Despite her trying for in excess of an hour speaking to one division after the next at the telephonic division, she too hit a brick wall. Hopefull we can get hold of the correct person at Cell C to talk to later today.
