Cell C Zevenwacht mall absolute childisch unproffesionalism

Sunday 18 November 2018 Cell C is using my prepajd airtime without consent or notice to buy data at a 1000% of the normal data rate. I went to query this at Cell C, Zevenwacht in Kuilsriver. Very poor unproffesional service. Male consultant laughed out a customer that did not understand a question from another consultant. The answer I got after asking in Afrikaans if he can help me was an abrupt "speak English". When I complained about the unproffesional service, he clearly understood Afrikaans and bragged about understanding 8 languages. Directly after this he started rambling at me in an African language to the amu*****t of his colueges that understood him. When I asked for his name and the name of the manager they said no, they can not help me. They were of no asistance at all with the cell c problem I had.

We want all our customers to be given proper service and be treated with the respect they deserve. We strive to keep our customers happy and satisfied. This is not the norm or standard of service we want for our customers.
 
This will be addressed with the store manager and the action to have this kind of behavior rectified will be taken. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.

Cell C as a company has responded and been very helpfull, however the Cell C branch in Zevenwacht mall has not responded at all to numerous messages left there on Monday the 19th of November. I stopped in there on Sunday the 25th again and left a personal message for the manager to contact me, no luck. They just would not come back to me at all. So nothing has changed about my experience with Cell C Zevenwacht mall, they just proved themselves to be as unhelpful and unprofessional as I taught after the first visit.
