Cell C - Zevenwacht Mall
Most pathetic service ever. Staff really needs proper training. Came to have a sim swop done they couldn't help me. It's my work number I need it to access my banking application can't verify my Gmail, Instagram or WhatsApp. It was their fault in the first place. My sim card got deactivated without concent. The light of completion coloured guy needs a warning or something as he the reason I cannot do any work and I have to put my whole business on hold. It happened last year on the 20th of November and what a shock it happened again this year and with the same worker. Would never recommend anyone to sign up with Cell C.
