Cell C zero responce on requesting a statement of accounts

Cell C account suspended due to non payment. I have received numerous emails regarding this issue, Please note i am still awaiting my statement of accounts reflecting my payment of R2098.90 on the 1/5/2019 from Cell C Account query dated 8 May 2019 @ 8:43am call duration 25min 10 sec. I was told per telephone conversation (recorded) someone would call me back within 24hours. Its now 336 hours later and i have had zero response from Cell C. I have spoken to Cell C on the 8/5/2019, emailed NuDebt Brianna Smit 13/5, NuDebt Nasiphi Gxumisa 14/5 and hammondpole Anitha Hanuman on the 20/5/2019 and nobody seems to be able to provide me with an actual statement of account. I need an updated statement with my payment reflecting of R2098.90 cell c received on the 1/5/2019.
