CELL C - ZERO CUSTOMER CARE!

Cell C has left me feeling traumatized and violated. I was sold an incorrect package, sales consultant took me for a ride. I have been trying to correct since February 2022. Customer service is non-existent and all call center can do is apologies, they are clueless and read what is on the screen. My matter has been escalated so many times with no result. They cancelled the contact instead of reversing and now coming after me for R7000 for a contract i never consented to and never used, and which i reported within first week. No regional office in to sit down and sort out. Problem is nobody at Cell C will take accountability. Yet another giant joining the group of useless corporations. ZERO CUSTOMER CARE.
