Cell C - Zero customer accountability.

I am so frustrated with Cell C. The service received from their fiber deal was so inconsistent that I decided to cancel my contract. Only, Cell C makes doing so impossible. They do not respond to emails or web enquiries, they can't help in store and on the phone I got passed around from person to person and eventually told to send an email, which again was not rep**** to. Cell C sent an sms to say my account will be suspended after I ensured my payment was not honored, but they never did this and continue to debit my account monthly. Even after eventually getting in touch with 2 different finance staff- no response to stopping the debit order. Absolutely unacceptable that they continue to take money from me with zero acknowledgement of their failure to respond to my request for cancelation. I will never sign any contract with this completely useless company again.
