Cell C your service is beyond ridiculous!

I'm completely disgusted with the service received from cell c. I went on the 6th of May to have a contract transferred to my name being told no worries all is sorted it will be done in 24 hours. To call on Thursday the 11th and it was still not done and that the agent that assisted me was not in to call the next day again. I called the Friday to be told it takes 24 to 48 business hours (to technically Tuesday latest Wednesday should have been done) yet still not completed. Asked to speak to a manager who conveniently not working that day and no one I can speak to but I should call the call center. Once calling the call center the agent couldn't transfer my call to have my number taken for the supervisor/ team leader to call me back, 2 hours later still no call. I called back to be told oh but they still busy and it should hopefully be done by Monday the 15th. I am completely disgusted in how a new client is handled, it's no one people are complaining of how cell c's customer service has become pathetic. I am almost thinking of rather canceling the 2 contracts that I was trying to take over.
