Cell C your customer service is appalling

I am having issues with the Cell C app. I cannot add another number to it. But, my biggest issue is that the automated call routing system just dies not work. I have called the customer care 6 times and evrytime they put me through to the technical team the line goes dead. I have tried the direct number to the technical team, and every time i select an option I want, it puts me through to customer contact who try to put me through, but I get cut off every. The final straw is that on the last call, after explaining that I need someone from technical to call me I am told that they cannot call out, then to add insult to injury the agent could transfer me again once she has verified all my details!!!
