Cell C you who employ *********** staff.

Cell C is the worst company that I have ever dealt with for they ********* company who do not adhere to what their customers wants. I had a Cell C phone contract which came to an end, and it took me over 3months for them to release my number so that I could port to MTN which by the way have very competent staff working for them and know how to sort out complaint or a problem without stories. Here my problem with the *********** staff in admin they cannot or will not understand. what I have asked of them instead all they want to do is sell me more of Cell C useless product and service. I have asked them on numerous occasions to prove to me where I signed up that they could continuously take money out of my account for a Data pack that was sold to me via a phone call as a add on product on a month-to-month basis and that I could cancelled it at any time as it was not a on a contract basis. So, when I told them that I wanted nothing more to do with Cell C as Cell C service is useless, I then told them that they must cancel all that I had with them and that included the Data Pack which I thought was done. To my surprise I happen to notice that at the end of April 2023 Cell C had debit my account with R 229.00, so I had it reversed, and I went to a Cell C store and a staff member tried to help me she call the account department for me. I spoke to a staff member there I explained to her that I cancelled all contracts with Cell C when my phone contract expired and that included the Data pack. of which at the time was R80.00 per month. That staff member said that she would cancel the and that she would SMS me a reference number to show that she had cancelled. Surprise surprise nothing so I went back to the same store and the same staff member again phoned the accounts department and I again explained my problem that I have with Cell C taking money that they have no right to-do. This time I insisted on a reference number which she gave me, and the in-store staff member checked on her computer to see if it had been cancelled and she showed me that it had been cancelled. So now at the end of the May they tried again to debit my account for April and May and once again I stopped the debit. These *********** staff at Cell C have put me down as bad payer as I won't play their game of giving them free money. After the shock of seeing R 229.00 coming off my account I did some investigation on my account only to find out that Cell C and their *********** staff hadn't cancelled the stop order on their side. So as far as I am concerned, they have been *****ing from me and as I explained to the admin staff, I want a refund as we haven't been using the Data Pack as I port the number to MTN.
