CELL C - You *******

2nd review on Hello Peter! Cell C - please don’t get a call centre agent to phone me and talk to me about this ongoing problem as they simply only can’t resolve the problem after 9 months and the 2 time of ******* debit order billing. *****! I’ve got proof in writing after months of fighting eventually received a refund and now that you have billed me 2 months in a row I have sent you my bank statements again proving the thievery. I have some head office lady called Lo’Real who was arranged to resolves the situation by what is referred to as ‘escalated to senior management’ what a lot of ****! These people can’t wake up and resolve the smallest of problems but they happy to debit me without a contract and 9 months of communications having to prove my position. Even their own store manager cant apologize any more for the total incompetence. I’ve even threatened legal action, but they laughed it off. Cell C - #stay away. One of the reasons why South Africans can’t say #Imstaying - I can’t believe their MD and CEO’s actually know what they doing - I’m afraid the Fish tots from the Head, not the tail.
