<p>I cancelled my contract with them, paid my settlement and still they are deducting money from my account even after a have returned the debit order. Went to their offices and sat their for an hour while holding on for the call centre who said that they can see that I have cancelled and that they first want to confirm if I did pay my settlement. Three months later they are still waiting. When I mail or contact them you never get any reply or answer. Biggest sharks ever. </p>
