Cell C you suck

Really ****ed at Cell C's ********** behaviour.

I cancelled my final contract on time. It was my last month to.pay and what happens Cell C deducts the amount off twice. Knowing they would take forever to resolve it and pay me back I just reversed the one debit order which cost me.

Thinking this was the end of it the next month a totally different amount was taken of my account. Tried to get assitance by calling but they wouldnt help me as they said I failed security checks which was super weird so I just reversed the amount again which again cost me and I also put a block on the debit order

Next month again tne same thing happens, I again fail the security check when I try to call. I call my bank who informs me that Cell C changed the reference number on the order and this is actually ******* and I must report them for *****.

Now extremely ****ed I go to my Cell C store who informs me I have to call and that they cant assist me. They tell me to call while I am there and they look on the system and tell me my address is different. So someone changed my address I have been at for the past 9 years that is on all my statements to my old address. I have never failed security checks until the past 2 months.

This is so unacceptable what is Cell C going to do about it. I am definately contacting the ***** department.
