Refer case *** and my post in this dium on 30 March This email content has been sent to your Social Media area at *** Yet another case of how poorly your customer service operates "Hello Please see attached account statement Same contains a credit note (which leaves me in credit with you) and which is apparently, relevant to my retired month-to-month 10+10 data service Why have you credited me with 9.41 and 1.43 VAT? Is this a refund for the data balances that I forfeited on termination of the data provision at end March? At no stage during the space of the six weeks during which the termination was under discussion was it ever mentioned that there would be a refund for the data forfeited Perhaps it doesn’t matter now (but: see my question below) except for the fact that this is yet another example of your agents failing to provide full information to the customer when handling issues I refer you to my HelloPeter.com review of 30 March titled: Cell C: You really need to up your customer service game 'cos it sucks Question: what happens to the credit balance? I am now buying my data on a pre-paid basis so there won’t be any further debits to my account. So, will you pay the 10.94 to my bank account? Or, will it be possible to buy my 180 day data via the app and for debit of the account? It seems not because in the app, there is no provision for buying “on account”: (Image of App data purchase screen was included here) Please advise Thank you" I repeat what I said in my last HP review on this topic: " ..... your standard operating procedure: Respond. Ask what the problem is. Fire off the standard SOP responses and get rid of the customer as quickly as possible. Move on to the next customer with the aim of meeting the day’s response targets. This has been my perception out of experiences over all the years that I’ve been with you AND IT SUCKS!!!!!" and .... i should have added: "not informing the customer fully" as happened at least three time during this saga
