cell c you ppl r unfair

I spand more then R300 on a cub to go to a cell c store. I take my I'd an proof of address with I tell the lady I wanna port in form Vodacom.to cell c prepaid she say she can help me a cell c simcard is R3 and she will have to Rica it 1st I pay the R3 she say she rica the sim then she ask for my number I wanna port in I give her the number then she say after 24 hours the port will go trow I get a SMS 20 mins a go saying Hallo. Thank you for your request to Port to Cell C. Your Reference number is ***CELLC***. Your Port request is being processed. how ever your cell c call center tell me that my simcard is not Ricard that she did the port on now wat makes me upset is she did lie to me make a fool out of me I don't have money to go back to that store. If this is how it is when porting to cell c then I tink it's best if I don't Jon the Rica serial number is *** short this out fast I need urgent feedback i am very unhappy
