I loaded airtime of R10 nd I owe u R4 for aitime advace.Tell me why de hell did u take ALL OF IT?I spoke to ur useless customer service who cudnt tell me what happened to my R6.Ur *********** Nolwazi Cele is still getting bacj to me from Sat.As for dat Rude Phindile Mthembu who listens to respond nd not to understand de query,shud go back to training.You tell me im subscribed to CellCportal dat ur agents dont even know what is it for,dats meant to take R3 a day yet it takes more dan dat.Who ever calls me today better be REFUNDING MY AIRTIME from de time of dis unknown subscription.I will not b abused by u ****** Guptas.

One of ur memebers did call me and said I should dial*133*1# to block subscriptions,de response was "my number has been blocks however all active subscriptions will remain active.What nonsense is dis mara yeh
