Cell C you messed up!

Recently I made changes to my data package with you. First instead of just upgrading the package as per my request... You decided to issue a new phone number with a new data package .... And then you decided to consolidate it.... And now I have a huge bill on a data card that is because you messed up and you have some VIP consultant telling me I must have used that much data! The cheek, the nerve! Really it was a simple upgrade... And you could not even manage that! And now to top it all apparently according to you my internet is working when there are dinosaurs on the web pages showing a different story.... Shame on You Cell C.... Aggravation should not come standard with renewing a contract.....
