Cell C you later......
On 2 December 2022 I submitted my identity document and blacklist form via email for Cell C to blacklist my cellphone.
I have made numerous calls to Cell customer care as they have a policy to issue a ITC number within 24 to 48 hours.
It is now 14 December 2022 and I still do not have the ITC number and I need to put in an insurance claim.
I have been a loyal customer for a number of years but this is terrible customer service!

I need that ITC number today.
Why must I keep sending emails and continuously phoning the customer care line for a simple thing as an ITC number?
If I don't receive that number today and my insurance does not honor the claim because of Cell C wasting time, I will contact my attorneys to sort it out
