Cell C you in Hell

<p>Hi</p> <p>This is a heartfelt goodbye to Cell-C, it's services, policies, ethics and staff.</p> <p>When i ported from MTN i was so full of hope that i had finally found a network provider that gave a **** about its customers. Lol. Yes, i was naive...</p> <p>Specifically, I'd like to thank you for the notifications you send when my prepaid data bundles are exhausted. These are such a useful indication that its time to go out and purchase more airtime, as my bundle was exhausted 45 minutes ago and you have cleaned out the balance of my airtime at out of bundle rates!</p> <p>I get a real kick out of something that appears to be a service for my benefit, but is actually designed to lull me into a false sense of security while you rip me off!</p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">Way to go for creative marketing!</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">Big ups for the customer service staff with such phone s****s (e.g. pretending to be mystified why it took so long to notify me at 1am on a Monday morning - Yes, sure, the network must have been busy...What, i can phone your techical department and ask them? Wow, that's so cool! I can get lame excuses and a runaround from someone else!)</span></p> <p>Just chuck a disclaimer on your website that says: "Hey, idiot! You've paid over your pittance to us and it's not worth your while to take on our lawyers for R12.95, so just chill and go buy some more airtime."</p> <p>End of rant.
