Cell C you have disappointed
I handed my phone in store to be sent for repairs 3 weeks ago. Now I can understand there have probably been delays due to COVID but I have not received any update or communication from Cell or the Insurance Company not even a quote for the device to be repaired. But Cell C is able to call me every single day with promotions. To say the lease this is the worse service I have ever experienced.

We have submitted a request to our Repair Centre to prioritise the work on your device. Unfortunately the repair centre had to close for some time to allow for deep sanitisation. We will keep you updated.
