Cell c you do unfair
I never know what other company can put a client in bull**** as i received my phone in contract which cell c gave to me. But the device is damage even i never used my sim card. I received the phone on friday and i open it on sunday but monday morning i phoned cell c to collect it because the device is damage. They toook 7 working days to collect it. Then now they told me i need to pay R13983.18 TO GET ANOTHER DEVICE this is unacceptable at all. Am so furious now what a service now ?
