Cell C - You can’t complain about service when there isn’t any service

My daughter’s cellphone was ****** last night. Have been trying to block it and confirm that it is blocked. I have been calling Cell C since around 9pm last night and I can’t explain in enough words how painful the experience has been. I am lost for words. I would be embarrassed to be an owner or shareholder of Cell C.

I have received the form but I don’t have printing facilities and postnet is not open today. I need this phone number and device to be completely blocked and blacklisted. I will only be able to submit the form tomorrow. Was this phone blocked last night as per our request?
