The only thing that happened is that they lost the documents submitted. Yes, that is correct, Personal Information was just dumped somewhere for anyone to get hold of and use. Please people, this is NOT the network to use in South Africa. Stay away as they do not care about your privacy which is so so essential in the day and age we live in.
