Cell C YOU ARE PATHETIC AND DONT CARE

Hi Cell C!

So where to start, I lost my job at the beginning of lockdown, I asked for a 3 months grace period to which I forwarded all the necessary documents to you guys. I never got a reply, so I emailed again, again no reply. Then I got cut off, for non payment. You normally debit me on the last day of each month, and on the 6th you suspended my cellphone service. That’s six days, SIX! So I got a call from your accounts department, I explained my story to her, she understood and said they are giving people 3 months grace. Then I told her that I have sent EVERYTHING that cell c asked for to get the 3 months grace. She said ok someone will get in touch with me to arrange the grace period, again. NOTHING! It doesn’t end there, so because my phone was cut off, I couldn’t contact cell c and still can’t! Only via email! But wait, cell c has cut me off but has been still trying to debit my account every other day. You guys are debuting an account that has NO MONEY in it! BECAUSE IM UNEMPLOYED! Losing my job was devastating, but you guys just have to add to the nightmare I’m in. So because you are hell bent on trying to debit my account with no money in it, I’m now in negative 2051.00, and I don’t even have an over draft. How can you guys charge me for months that I have not used your service because you cut me off? I know you are still charging me each month because the amount doubles each time! So how can I be expected to pay for a service I’m NOT GETTING?! Further more, I asked for the grace period which you guys, cell c BLATANTLY IGNORED. If cell c does not sort this out, I will put my pride behind my back and post my experience on all social media platforms. Cell C, you disgust me!!!!!! Now I can’t even use money that ever does go into my account because it’s only going to cover the negative amount in my account. Unpaid fees are 147 a time and boy are you guys having fun with it. Before lockdown and before I lost my job I was such a loyal customer, go on record and have a look. Now look what you are doing to me?! It better get sorted, because I will share my experience to thousands of people on social media if it does not get sorted out.
