Cell C you are a discrace to the public

I get a phone from Cell C that I don't want, Huawei P2021. East Rand mall people are very arrogant. I decided I want to cancel my contract from Cell C. After 7 Months, I want to migrate my contract to the cheapest contract. I did phone customer service, they did phone me back and said I must go to the branch. NO service, their only arrogance by East Rand mall. Customer service and Cell C east rand mall don't want to help me as a customer. Very Very Very bad service. Inform all people to boycott CELL C. Shunting me around, problem NOT resolve
