Cell c yet again ignoring basic TCF

Cannot believe the non- service I am receiving from cell c - I made multiple calls again this week in the hopes that I would get answears or someone would call me back as I was told- first a team leader, legal and there social media team and guys what? No feedback no calls and to top it all off I have too been emailing the legal department that is meant to help me and assist me but now I’m getting a error message ‘550 # 5.1.0’ which means the receipt has rejected emails from my email address. Recipient being Paul Mashabela. I don’t understand why I am not being helped??
