CELL C WRONGFUL DOING

Two weeks ago I received a call from Cell C saying the insurance company is willing to give me a phone replacing the phone that I lost last year, now I've been told that I have to pay the premiums that I'm owing for me to get the phone. I have been paying my premiums and I have never stopped paying them just that Cell C and C-surance billed me incorrectly and they never fixed the mistake for two years, but now that I'm claiming they see that I was incorrectly billed. I hate this and it's the last time I'm writing a review about Cell C here.
