cell c wrong payment
I paid cell c money into their account by mistake upon calling consultant tells me it can take time an average of 3 months or more to get a refund I really need this money urgently need to pay my other bills can they just acknowledge and refund me.I am also struggling to get a settlement letter for an account I settled last month I would appreciate a refund please
