Cell c wrong billing details

I canceled a contract 2 years ago. Paid the cancelation fees and further 285 that was outstanding according to them.

Suddenly last week I get outstanding bill from them. After multiple requests to them to send me the proof of the amount outstanding they send me an invoice with totally different info than me.

Not my name, or even address...

Multiple requests again to rectify the info they have and send me the proper proof instead of just harrasment the whole proses started over again...

Cellc.... Get your act right.... Get your info right... Or train your so called workers to be competent in their job.

I will not pay any money as I owe you nothing.... And I do have all the proof... Not like you ******** me.
